4/1/25 Update: I reached out to Jigsaw because I have enjoyed their product as it helps me sleep as part of my bedtime routine, after working a 12 hour night shift. I sent them photos and they agreed to replace my order. With that in mind I've increased my rating to 4 stars for great customer service and generally being the most effective mag powder for me at bedtime. I've tried cheaper options and they do work; but just not as well, and sleep is a premium when you work at night. Original review: I have ordered this multiple times in the past and have generally enjoyed the product. This time it showed up and the outer packaging was undamaged, but when I opened it up and poured it out, there was magnesium powder all over the single packets and many were flat or torn. At this price point, this is completely unacceptable

Game changer for sleep! We never let our cupboard go without this now. It also helped me so much during my pregnancy with sleep and leg restlessness, and it continues to be our go-to for a good night’s rest. 10/10. It also tastes good and mixes well. I really like the single serve packets for the convenience and easy to travel with.

Best tasting and does help with improving magnesium, potassium levels. I’ve tried a few other brands and always come back to this one.
