Histamine Digest DAO 30,000 HDU - 60 Caps - Histamine Neutralizing Enzyme

I love this product. I had issues with histamine and was always in pain (bladder) and I found this magic pill. There were several foods I could not eat before I found this product. Tomato, cheese, watermelon, chocolate, vitamin C, lemons, etc. I am no doctor but I know it took the pain away. It took about a week of taking a couple of times a day for it to calm my issues. If I take too much, I see it drys my eyes. Now I take one a day and have no problems with histamine unless I have something with high-high histamine like bone broth. I have bought this many, many times and I will continue to buy it.

This product helps me eat like a "normal" person. It is the enzyme that you naturally produce that breaks down histamine in your digestive system. One theory is that people with mast cells issues don't make enough of it. This is the absolutely necessary supplement for food intolerances. It does not work for people who have true IGE allergies to food. Wanted to make that clear.

Have problem with histamine. It was easy to digest my food and it was very effective. It is a little pricey. Helped with my mast cell my skin has improved.The DAO perfect ingredient.

I have Mast Cell Activation Syndrome. I had read some reviews that this product helped other patients with my disease. MCAS is more than *just* food allergies, so this DAO vitamin won't help with chemical and environmental allergies due to MCAS, but it does however help to some extent with my food allergies. I will say that it is good to take this around 15-30 minutes before eating. I am less reactive to foods that I am normally more reactive to, when I take these pills. People with MCAS usually have a DAO deficiency, which is why this vitamin is so helpful. Just one pill alone is usually not enough. I read some reviews on MCAS website about this product and they suggested taking anywhere from 2-5 pills before each meal depending on severity of the histamine content in the food. 2 or 3 pills is what I usually do and thats what seems to work best for me personally. I have already bought a second bottle because it works so well. It is expensive but WORTH the price for histamine intolerance.

Did absolutely nothing for histamine attacks. And if you have MCAS, it doesn't help that either. FYI - the ingredient in this product come from one supplier in Spain and imported by a mid-west company that sells it to all the other DAO supplements sold in the country. So all brands are exactly the same except for what they charge

Between high histamine levels and immune disease I must carefully select supplements with full review of active and inactive ingredients prior to purchase. I react to all nightshades, legumes, citrus, nuts and much more. For 10 years I would often wake in the morning to a very swollen face, hands and gut with nasty malaise and great exhaustion!?!? I learned from a Mast Cell Specialist about the high histamine gut and eliminating high histamine foods. With IBS that lead to SBO (that I can't take antibiotics or probiotics for due to reactions) that wiped out one of the two enzymes in the gut that blocks histamine you end up with swelling. The mystery was it usually hit overnight while sleeping or within 10 minutes of waking???? Histamine rises at night and first thing in the morning!! Bingo after 10 years of hiding half the day due to swelling and feeling terrible I finally have it under control because of this supplement. Every now and again I will wake to a swollen face but the incidence of this happening has dropped 95% since it started taking this supplement twice a day when I eat. It has made a remarkable difference in my quality of life and have taken it every day for 4 months. i plan to stay on it for years to come. it really works for me and I hope it works for you, but like many supplements you need to find what works best for you and your system. I like the product very much, its not full of extra stuff I don't want or need and it works great.

One Diem DAO 30,000 is an excellent product that my functional medicine doctor recommended for my food allergies. It helps with the histamine reaction to foods. I take it on a regular basis 3 times a day. It even helps to unclog my ears. I am very happy with it.

I've been using the Omne Diem DAO 30,000 HDU for over 3 months now as I seemed to have built up a resistance to other antihistamines. I am allergic to grass, dust, weeds, mold, gluten.. and a few medications (indoors and outdoors). I honestly cannot say that I've received the intended results, yet, anyway.. it hasn't given me any relief from itching and I still sneeze a lot at time. I want to continue, but I find it to be very expensive for something that hasn't really helped after over 3 months of use.

Very disappointed that something this damaged could be sent to someone.
