product works great in my Brothers printer

I have gone through several more expensive printers that did not work or last as long as this one, easy to set up, prints at a decent speed for me. Allways works when I walk in to use it, does not go through a cleaning cycle and waste the ink, still on the original ink cartridges even though it has shown them as empty for the last 4 weeks (4-8 sheets per week). I would defiantly buy this one again, if you're an occasional and inconsistent printer this stays ready to go. Quality is good for the price point.

I love the printer but unless you do a lot of printing the ink will dry up. This black ink dried up right in the package which I thought was crazy. All 3 colors dried up in the printer. I probably printed maybe 10 pages that had some color on them previous to them drying up. This is really horrible considering the price.

And this ink works just fine in my Brother MFC-J1205W Printer. Hopefully by the time this runs out though, I'll be able to get one of those "SuperTank" printers. Because it sure would be way more cost effective to buy ink bottle refills for the same price, that can yield as many as 3,000 pages, as opposed to cartridge refills that can only yield 750 pages.I'm just saying... lol. But anyway, if you have a Brother printer that requires this ink, then I would always recommend the name brand ink. That's just me though. Because I have gotten generic ink before, but every time that I have gotten it there has been a problem that has caused me to not be able to use my printer. However, if you have gotten generic ink before and it has worked for you, then surely you should keep using the generic ink if you want to. After all, it's usually quite a substantial savings to use the generic ink.

Keeps my printer going strong at a reasonable price! I do a lot of printing and my Brother is very efficient on ink, but still the cartridges are expensive. The printer needs black plus 3 color cartridges, so that's a big outlay. This ink seems to be equal in quality to the Brother ink and the cost is reasonable. I read the previous reviews before buying, and I'm not disappointed.
