Line is poor quality
For the price I would say the case is fairly robust but the line is poor quality very stretchy. Would not buy again sorry therefore could not recommend

Very poor quality!
I bought the exact same washing line 4yrs ago and have been very pleased with it! It has been used an awful lot and has even been out in strong winds but unfortunately, the other day, I noticed the bottom plastic bracket had snapped and so it was wobbling around on the wall.I decided to purchase a new one and as I was paying for someone to take the old one down and replace it with a new one, I ordered this one again. I thought it would make life easier. Plus, I had been happy with the previous one.Today, I was hanging washing out for the first time and as I was still hanging it out, the line just snapped off completely, at the end, where it hooks onto the wall! (Not the box end)I couldn’t believe it!! And was so disappointed!I had still read reviews on this, before purchasing and had seen some negative reviews but as my previous one had lasted 4yrs, I still ordered another! I wish I hadn’t bothered!I don’t know if it is made differently now or whether I was just really lucky before but I really wouldn’t recommend this now!I have to say, I don’t know how long retractable washing lines usually last and whether 4yrs was good or bad? But 2 minutes and a couple of items on the line, is shocking!I contacted Amazon who are refunding me for the item.

Broken within a year, no response from Vinsani
Thought it was great last year, retracted the lines once winter set in and the first time I went to use it this year, the hook at the end snapped. Contacted Vinsani customer services which is where Amazon directs you, left my complaint and no answer. My other half has tied a knot in the end of the line so it can be looped over the hook in the fence, but it’s not ideal. Poor customer service.
