Love these badge holders
I usually get a pack of these every 6 or 7 months, and they work great. No matter what brand, the problem with all of these holders is that the string will snap from use. That's unless you have the metal string which I haven't tried yet but will look into it. Anyway, since I use it constantly to swipe and open doors in the 90-plus buildings I go into, it definitely gets a workout every day. I use two badge holders together with 1 lanyard, 1 for my ID and 1 for my key card. They do the job and the price is pretty good too.

The I item says 3 Lanyards with Retractable Badge Reel. I received only one for $17.58.

Wonderful, inexpensive, and water-proof lanyards...
We recently used these for our trip to universal studios and they allowed us to keep our tickets with us at all times (even on water rides). The lanyards can be zipped to ensure no water gets into the compartment...
