Bad customer service
After i bought it i used it for only three times and the rubber inside it doesn’t hold pressure anymore, and it was rearranged not as good as new when i bought it, they called me asking for a five stars review, i asked them how can i fix this problem with my warranty, they said it’s not our problem, an Indian girl calling from dubai, two years warranty vanished. Thanks amazon!!!

It’s held up very well. Great product great coffee
This comes with a carrying case so it is easy to pack as needed. I’ve been using mine for quite awhile now and it’s still going strong with an average of 4-5 espressos a week. I think cleaning is one of its strong points. There aren’t very many machines that you can clean inside the brew chamber, puck basket, and rest of the machine with one rag and some water. It still looks good and has produced great espressos. Would buy again.
