We love our lamp.great Quality, easy to assemble. The lampshade took the longest to put together. I like having a remote control. And I like having an option of the timer! And increase the brightness on the lamp. This truly is a great little lamp.we haven’t seen a floor lamp that either one of us has liked in many many years. This sits on the opposite side of the room, behind the Television, beside the fireplace, but throws a great deal of light off in a dark corner. It’s not too tall, not too short. It blends into the room, sometimes you forget it’s there. It’s very lightweight, and we’ve had it for a year now and no issues! Absolutely no issues. The style is so simply/ modest, it would blend into any decor.

This lamp is a stylish addition to our living space. It was very easy to set up and use. The remote and ability to change the color temperature and brightness are great features to have. The best part has been the customer service. After a couple of years, the remote stopped pairing with the light bulb. I was able to reach out to their customer service team, and they replaced the bulb and remote at no cost.

I purchased this floor lamp and really love the different brightness options. I have it in my basement next to my recliner, and have it set up with my Echo Dot. I also love the foot option, as I had it in a different place and this was so easy to step on it to turn it on. The remote is also on my side table. Besides loving all aspects of the lamp, my interaction with their customer service is what impressed me the most. My bulb stopped working within the 36 months (I believe that's the warranty). I contacted support, and they agreed to send both a new bulb AND a new remote (which was working fine). A mistake was made as they sent the remote, but not the bulb. As soon as I let them know, they had a new bulb shipped right away, with apologies. I didn't get downstairs to try the new bulb right away, and CS emailed saying they saw the bulb was delivered and wanted to make sure it was working, which is was:) Very impressive customer service through the whole process! I definitely recommend not only this floor lamp, but the company in general!! Not many companies these days take this much effort or concern in customer satisfaction. Thank you, SUNMORY !⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This lamp is great. I love the different settings, the remote, the size and angle and also the floor power button. I took away one star because it has a tendency to flicker. HOWEVER, I purchased this over a year ago, and the remote would not work. I sent an email to Sunmory, and their employee Grace was so very sweet. She sent me detailed instructions about the bulb itself, the replacement process for it and most importantly, how to "reset" it when it didn't communicate with the remote. I just went through the motions thinking it would never work, but sure enough it did! I am very grateful for a company that provides excellent customer service and helpful instructions even well after a purchase. Thank you, Sunmory!

This lamp is wonderful and it is a wonderful addition to our living room. The customer service is even more excellent. We lost the remote after a few years of having this lamp and the wonderful customer service department sent us a replacement for free and we received within 3 days. I also received a response within a few hours of emailing them on a weekend. This company’s service team is extremely responsive and values their customers and I highly recommend doing Business with them and this product.
