I have 2 lamps. One works well, but the other won’t power off completely with remote. The light bulb glows and can only be shut off w foot. Advice?

I don’t know the specific answer but you might start by resetting the lamp (kind of like rebooting your computer). Unplug, plug back in and see what that does. Then using foot switch turn lamp on and odd til it blinks (maybe up to 10 times). Then turn off then on using the remote and holding the power button til the lamp blinks. Tiffany that fixes problem, great. If. Not, contact their customer support. It may take 24 hrs or so but they were extremely helpful. Good luck!

what are the replacement bulbs specs ?

If you contact customer service they will send you a new bulb and remote. I just did this and their customer service was amazing and shipped it the next day.

I just bought this lamp but i can not find a replacement bulb for the lamp

You need to get replacement bulbs which ate: Dimmable / 800 Lumen / E26 Base / LED / 9 Watt I also preferred to get as close to 6000K (which is what came with the lamp). I’ve ordered replacements through Amazon. Sunlite 41360-SU LED Standard A 19 Light Bulb 6500K. A package of 6 is $19.99
