It works fine for me. It’s easier to purchase on Amazon compared to driving to the grocery store. I noticed it helps my cravings significantly and the box is child safe which is a nice consideration. I smoked cigarettes for 13 years. Tried to quit with vaping. Got hooked on vaping for 2 years. I decided a few months ago it was time to quit for my health. I have ordered this gum a few times now & its helped me so much. Im smoke free & vape free for months now. The flavor isn't extremely strong, but it does the trick. I'll always have some available for the days that get extra hard.

Works but not for salt nic it’s less than 5% of the strength and taste very spicy in your mouth
