Es aconsejable cambiarlas siempre que estén húmedas aunque sólo presenten una pequeña mancha de humedad. Por razones de higiene es absolutamente imprescindible lavar, al menos, una vez al día los genitales de las personas que las usan. Absolutamente recomendadas.
