Easy to Use
Excellent value for money, brought to replace one that was blown in a lightning strike. Would buy again every day of the week. Easy to use, easy to setup and adjust.

Voltage not compatible - Wished it’d have been mentioned
What’s the point in selling something in the uk market which voltage requires and adapter and keep that property hidden. Poor advertisement.

UK voltage needed for product sold for UK market
Amazon supplied a US voltage unit for use in UK, which means having to return and try and source a correct voltage unit for UK.

Missing cable and plug !!
It is x core not x2. Not compatible with Wand wifi !!!

Worked perfectly.
Replaced 20 year old controller that had finally died. This unit worked perfectly and only took about 15 minutes to install, using all the existing wiring. Programming was easy.

Same unit...as replacement model.
Easy to install and easy to set up. The turn knob stripped after several years of use, but we bought the same unit again because we were happy with it.

110V not 220V
The product as quality and functionality is excellent and well known ,but this one is 110V only and not 220V . So be careful before you buy and make sure 110V is OK for you , as it's not mentioned in the product description.

Looks used before
The box was completely broken... does not look like a brand new Unfortunately I can't try it before a week ... wish me luck
