I’m a nurse and spend 12+ hour shifts on my feet, and these insoles have been a lifesaver. They provide amazing support and cushioning that take the pressure off my heels and arches, so I’m not dealing with the usual soreness and fatigue by the end of the day. These insoles have made a huge difference in my comfort and energy. I highly recommend them to anyone who’s on their feet all day.

I had purchased for back and foot pain in shoes. The insoles really helped reduce the foot pain and helped with running. Purchased Size 10, which is the right fit. Still out on price as it is too soon to decide if the cost is worth the length of time they last.

Eh….didnt notice any noticeable difference with these on but I did notice I’d rather have these in my shoes over regular insoles. It’s pretty stiff while in shoe and I can honestly say I feel more grip to ground.

These are supportive and helpful for my feet. The buyer needs to remove the insoles that came with the shoes and insert these. Fairly easy to do if you follow the directions that come with the product.

Now listen, I'm a mother. Who spent a lot of money on insoles. I'll tell you I only brought them to keep the peace. He wanted them as a bday gift so he got them. Apparently the jump shots- he's got bunny's in them. Take that how you will. The rebounds.. fast as f...the defense..easier to run quicker in these. They fit all 6 pairs of his ridiculously expensive trainers - all different brands and collabs because every 2 months they feel funny so needs a new pair. But I digress. They are well made, come in a fancy box and feel sturdy. If you play basketball.. then you need to get them - from my son. Not me.

Not the most comfortable even after breaking them in. Used them for basketball. There are better option for much less on Amazon with better performance
