why under instructions: 5, after allow at least 12 hours.., next says Not for use below water line  or in acquariums!

I've used this for repairing aquariums, and I usually let is cure for 24 hours to make sure it seals. You do not want to use it when there is water in the aquarium. It won't bind. And for the record, the Silicone I used is Silicone 1 or Type 1, 100% Silicone. That is probably more like a disclaimer, but I've used it and I know many recommend Silicone 1 (100% Silicone) for Aquarium Repair.

I am buying Polycarbonate roofing that calls for 100% silicon caulking adhesive.Would this be recommended for this type of application? Thanks

Would this be good for crafts like slippers

'Slippers' is vague and can mean many things.
This is a flexible rubber and stiffness depends on the thickness.
I roll it out on teflon sheets to make flat sheets of silicone to mix paint colors on.  When it dries, I simply curl it and the paint pops off.  I is very soft and totally flexible at around 1/8" thick.
So, talking about thickness:  1/4" will still be very flexible.  I would say that 3/8" it will be getting stiffer, and tougher to bend, but still very flexible if body weight is applied to it as if it was the bottom of a shoe sole.
I make molds for casting hobby items with it, and it can get stiff in thick sections.
This is inexpensive enough to try it for your purpose.  It will increase your knowledge base, and probably open up exciting new ideas for you too.

Website says the ge012a sealant comes in black... but its not an option on here. where can i find it locally, since the ge amazon site dosnt have it?

I would never buy this again. I bought two of them and they not come out of the tube. They ruptured all over the gun, and I had a professional using this. I had to throw them both away.
