I love this. Tough to integrate with home network tho’

This was exactly what I needed to go with my garage door opener and cameras. I didn’t want to spend a lot on the subscription price and these are like 35 a year for one device and 100 for multiple devices for a months worth of video and can control from my phone from anywhere and can setup for guest

Used for door to garage and front door. A little glitchy when hooking up to hub for WiFi control. No keyway , so could be locked out if no other way to enter house.

This lock is easy to install, easy to understand, and easy to operate. It is a very well-made Yale lock. You can open and close your lock remotely.

Beyond frustrated with this product. I use MyQ for 9 garage doors and 1 lock at different houses with my family along with a handful of the cameras that go with the garage door. I bought this Yale/MyQ deadbolt the same as I have working at another house and the lock would not add to the system. For reference, I am the guy who handles tech stuff in the family and have been a Network Admin for 25 years. Liftmaster support told me that the module must be bad so I ordered a replacement. Same problem and now they tell me that I should have bought the lock that comes with the MyQ hub from them so I ordered a 3rd replacement on Amazon that comes with the MyQ garage hub. Same problem. I tried with multiple iPhones from different generations and created new accounts. Tested at a different property that isn't full of wireless smart home devices. Nothing is letting me add this lock to MyQ. As a lock with a code, it works fine but refuses to work with MyQ which is specifically what the product is supposed to do.

I really wanted to love this lock and bought it due to my brother‘s recommendation without much research. Three months after owning it, the body is separating from the back plate and I still can’t get it to connect with the myQ app. The manufacturer warranty doesn’t seem to be usable and any connection issues with the module has to be taken up with MyQ as they are separate from the company that makes the lock so nobody can help me. Not worth paying over $200. Also buyer beware, the lock mechanism will get stuck and beep at you incessantly.

Great product and security. Installation was easy but connectivity to my iPhone to use the app is poor. Had to contact customer service several times and get a replacement to see if it was a faulty product to have it connect to my app. The second product also didn’t work. If you want something to connect to your phone, I would get something different. Overall, good product to use and recognize finger print well.

Performance is very good. Ease to use and install.

Great lock but needed to hire someone to help install. I couldn’t figure out the instructions. Once installed- exactly what it promised.

Update: Rating decreased from 3 stars to 1 star. The actual deadbolt mechanism (not the motor or electronics) has failed twice now. Each time after approximately 10 months. The movement of the deadbolt becomes sticky and the motor can't overcome it. ******** When new this lock works very well. However the lock that I replaced used a smaller hole in the door. This required me to get a metal hole saw 2 1/8" to enlarge the opening in the door so this would fit. Making this hole bigger is not easy to do even with a hole saw. Trying to keep it straight is a challenge. Check your lock hole size before you buy. Also, the price of this was quite high. I bought this one because it pairs with MyQ. This isn't really useful though since you can't assign temporary codes with the app :(

These are the worst locks I have ever seen or heard of. The locks (I bought 3 of them) lock all by themselves whenever you get close to them, including when you are shutting the door. This causing the deadbolt to slam into the casing. Damaging the casing and doors themselves. Not only did these locks wreck 2 of the 3 door they are on, I paid nearly a thousand dollars for them. Don’t waste your money.
