Poor performance - Order the actual OEM unit: HITACHI - CPS0006
Acceleration was negatively impacted big time with this sensor. I bought the Hitachi CPS0006 and the performance difference was night and day. Everyone says "buy the OEM version", it's true. A little more money but well worth it. (2003 Infiniti G35 sedan)

Didn't work.
Put sensor in started the car,and it ran worse than the other sensor,left me stranded for another day.

Engine/transmission jerking after installing
Maybe it’s just this unit or maybe the car has other faults. The original sensor may have been the cause of rough idle at stop and crawling traffic as well as rpm fluctuations at about 60 mph. This new unit however made the engine jerk/ hiccup; a more violent and unpleasant situation. Went to o Riley and got another one for $50. They’ll install it tomorrow. … This one works: steady rpm and smooth shifting (CVT on Murano 2006).
