The electrolyte s always give me a pick me up and the flavors are very good , I do wish that they had a container of one flavor and I could make a glass rather than buying all the little individual packets,

Tasty, easy, inexpensive
I drink a lot of water. About 2 gallons per day, because of some meds I take. My doctor recommended I include electrolytes in it to maintain proper balance in my system. This does the trick perfectly. Also significantly less expensive than most other electrolytes and much better flavor. I barely taste the salts. The flavors are artificial, as is the sweetener, which is not great, but the natural ones are too expensive when I use so much. Watermelon and cherry mix easily. The grape takes a little more effort to get completely dissolved. Also, they recently fixed the tubes so they are easier to tear open. In the end, these aren’t perfect, but they’re the best option I’ve found.
