I ordered the PRS Guitars SE Locking Tuners Set of 6, for my recently purchased Custom SE 24, they were installed within 30 minutes , and the answer is yes !! , they do make a huge difference, i am very pleased with the result, The guitar tuning has remained much more stable , even after a 4 hour rehearsal set, I highly recommend them to any other PRS SE users.
