Great totally fixed my schedule

One more product I almost missed due to bad reviews. I always made a point to read reviews before buying on Amazon. However lately I have noticed that this "bottom up" review system has its own flaws.I cannot understand bad reviews about the packaging- it's flawless- one of the best I have seen.Each strip is carefully packed airtight in tea bag like thin packets. (I can give benefit of doubt of defective product received by a few, but not so many reviews). Taste is acceptable too. It literally Melts in the mouth.Efficacy reviews are understandable. The ingredients (melatonin etc) have very subtle effect on sleep and may or may not even work for all. This is not a replacement for sleeping pills. It will not knock you out.I've used melarest 10mg (oil based) much before which seemed to work for me. I would even scoop out the liquid & use one capsule for 3 days. The next order after a long time came in dry tablet form which refused to work for me. The oil based is not available any more.I even tried the very expensive Now melatonin 3mg. Both the above had no effects, side effects or even placebo effects on me.This one (along with the earlier oil based one) gives me very slight stomatch discomfort especially in 1st few days. Ok so side effects meant that I could expect effects too from it. It seems to work if I take it for sleeping much before my usual sleep time i.e. 10 pm instead of 1am. No after effects in the morning too.Will i recommend it to everyone? Not really if you are expecting a knockout effect of a sleeping pill.Melatonin works for some & not for others. Also the effect is very subtle (may not work if your mind is very very active before you sleep).Use it as an adjunct to a good sleep hygeine. For me it seems to work for now & I really do not care even if it's just a placebo effect till it actually works. You can decide on your own.And please do write your own review. It's for our own benefit.BTW now im cutting the inside strip in 2 parts for 2 day use as the 5mg dose is not really necessary for me.

The product works great, it does put me to sleep, but after its effect is over I woke up daily around 4:30 am. I fell asleep around 12 am daily the effect only last around 4 hours and i woke up around 4 to 4:30 am daily what should I do about it ?

I’ve had insomnia for almost 26 years. I’ve tried therapies, medications, and many remedies, but nothing really worked. I noticed many bad reviews on Amazon, so I wasn’t expecting much. But honestly, I don’t know why it didn’t work for others, for me, it felt like magic.I usually take one around 5 AM after finishing work (I work from about 6 PM to 5–7 AM). I switch off the lights, scroll online shopping for a bit, and within about 30 minutes, I’m completely relaxed and drifting off.The best part? Even if I sleep only 4 hours, it feels like I’ve had a full 8 hours of proper rest. For someone who struggled with sleep for decades, that feeling is incredible.Tip from my experience:Don’t drink water after taking the strip. Drink water before if you want to. Then switch off the lights, relax, maybe scroll a little online, and let the strip do its job. Just follow this routine it’s been magic for me.

Product doesn't work. No even slightest effect on improving the sleep.

Melts are working well for sound sleep. But , the quality is not consistent. Once I received a open box. Another time I received a poor quality strips ( probably expired & packed).Otherwise they are good.I recommend the seller to maintain Consistency in the quality

I've tried a number of melatonin supplements in the past (all pills) but none of them had the desired effect. Some are just outright ineffective.This is the first oral thin film based melatonin supplement that I tried, and I'm happy to report that it worked amazingly well. I'm talking first strip taken around 30 minutes after dinner (10.00pm), no other supplements involved.Within just 15 minutes I started feeling drowsy and had to get to sleep. I woke up around 6:30 am in the morning and man, I felt so good after so many days of horrific dspd nightmares (delayed sleep phase disorder).I strongly suggest oral thin films because of their faster absorption via oral cavity, and this 10 mg dose works stunningly well.Highly recommended.

I have occasional insomnia and an issue of disturbed sleep (not feeling rested after sleep ). I didnt want to take drugs and so came here.So first the pros-I am one of the lucky guys for which melatonin has some effect. So yes, i do feel a bit drowsy. takes about 45 mins or more after taking it- format is innovative , like the outer packing , though the inner form has some challenges which i will explain later- flavour is ok. The 'piss ' flavour of one of the ingredients does show a bit. A mouth freshener will be in order after thisNow the Cons- makes you drowsy and helps sleep, but not really a restful sleep. For this I pair it with curegarden Bio active ashwagandha . I drop that every day and this occasionally .- Now why occationally , if continiously used, its looses the effectiveness. So i reserve for emergencies. I read about it after i felt so and now its fine- The masking of taste is not complete. So beware- Even fresh inside the inner pack, the strip tents to stick to the pack. sometimes stretching or tearing. it also does not uniformly dissolve and i get a 'something leftover' sensation in my mouth. I think its some manufacturing defect mainly with my batch. anyway its an irritation.After this is over, i may still buy it, or maybe try others and see if there is better, Love the outer metal pack though. In any case, I need curegarden Ashwagandha and and melatonin to avoid using medicines.The three star is for the manufacturing defect mentioned, I would have given 4 if that was not the case. maybe they can combine this and that ashwagandha in curegarden, and i need to take only one.***UPDATE 12/12/2021***The sticky issue is too much of an issue. Every strip sticks to one or both sides making it impossible to use. The only (yucky ) way of getting it off is by licking it directly off and i am not doing it again !!. Threw away the rest. Changed the rating down to 2

Works pretty well however, the melts take forever to disappear

Amazing product, it puts me to sleep without the fog in the morning and acts fast. Please restock asap!

I’m sleepless and this helps a little. Just dissolve under tongue .
