Hi, my name is aophil, and I'm an addict. **studio audience applause**Well, I was told that joining the Navy would drive me to drinking... whether that was coffee or alcohol, it was inevitable.As it turns out, two nearly back-to-back deployments on an aircraft carrier got me rather dependent on coffee to get through the daily grind.Now that I'm "back on the beach", I drink this religiously, and I love it. I definitely recommend buying whole bean and grinding it yourself. It just tastes so much better. Once I discovered this method of brewing, I started drinking my coffee black because I didn't need cream an sugar to mask the bitterness (because it's hardly there).Hm.... I can't wait to go to bed tonight so I can wake up and brew some coffee in the morning.

Very stale, beans dried out. Hardly any flavor left. Will not purchase from this seller again.

First of all the price for this product ended up being under $8 per bag, which beats the store price. It didn't beat the store price by much, but I didn't have to go get it, and any money saved is a good deal.The breakfast blend is my favorite. It has a nice mild flavor.There is not much to say, because everybody has different tastes. If the price is right, then buy the coffee on Amazon.

I am not a coffee connoisseur by any stretch of the imagination - I've never even tried a cappuccino, or a latte. But I do know when I've had a good tasting regular cup of coffee.This coffee is that - a very good tasting cup of coffee. It's not too overpowering, but it's definitely not weak either.I use the Mr. Coffee IDS77 Electric Coffee Grinder with Chamber Maid Cleaning System, Black to grind the beans. I find this to be an excellent combination.

Suddenly, just the other day, I went to order more Starbucks Breakfast Blend whole bean, 3 12-oz bags, and rather than the price being in the $22 or so range, it was raised to the $45 range.Time to find a new supplier.

Amazon brand is the same at a much lower price

This is what Starbucks calls a "mild" coffee, but that just means they haven't roasted it so much it starts to taste burnt. Breakfast Blend has a full coffee flavor. Some people like the burnt taste, if that's you, this probably isn't for you. Let your taste buds be your guide.

I pretty much like this whole bean coffee but It doesn't have the really great smell and taste of some other brands I have tried. I suppose it is just a matter of individual preferance.
