Does it have uva and uvb protection

Yes, it has uva protection but as far as the uvb protection goes, I would suggest contacting the manufacturer for a more definite answer. My understanding of uvb protection is usually applied to the body in helping preventing skin cancer(s), however it's very possible that it is also used in other ways I'm not familiar with.

Can you use it as a topper to a ceramic coating? Will it remove it?

I can't say weather the wax will remove a ceramic coating, however I have wax'ed ( using P21s wax) over two cars with a ceramic coding and it seems to exrend the period between waxing jobs.

Has anyone tried this on an EM pinball play field?

I have not. But, I do use it on my cars and find it is an excellent wax. Easy to put on and take off as long as you don't leave it one more than about 20 minutes.

can it be used for white cars

I use it on a pearl white Yukon XL Denali and it looks fantastic.
