Good quality Vegan Vitamin B12 melts in your mouth strips. Good taste and easy to swallow. The cost is really very high. There are competitors who provide Vegan Vitamin B12 capsules at one-third this price. If one is really particular about melts in your mouth strips, only then I would recommend these. For others capsules are cost effective.

Avoid...Cost high but Zero Effect
worst product. No B12 improvement even after consuming 4 packets. finally switched to CF Methyl cobalamin (Methyl B12) tablet and within 1 month by B12 level improved from 195 to 340. Do not trapped in marketing gimmick. Costly and ineffective.

Amazing Supplement!!
I stumbled upon this product while casually going through Amazon products. I saw reviews and thought of giving it a try . I was suffering from severe B12 deficiency resulting in burning sensation in feet, lethargy and weakness. I must say after taking 3 doses the burning sensation has reduced by 80% and after a week I started feeling energetic. I highly recommend this product due to its effectiveness, easy of dosage and no side effects like constipation etc which are generally associated with Vitamin dosage. Go for it !!!

Not satisfactory
My B12 was 209 when I started using these strips. After one month use again tested for B12. It was 215. An increase of 9 points. After one year use it may touch 300 mark. Not at all satisfactory.

Received this, which doesn't mention vegan. Hope it's same product which is shown in product page. I haven't tested. But I'll start and check the taste and effect for energy and health.

Thin strips B12 vitamin with pampered expiration date…
I bought a vitamin B12 thin strips a supply for 120 days that will expire soon july 2025 the expiration date is hidden by a sticker and pampered with… People health is not a joke
