I really loved it, I'm not one to write reviews but I felt it was worth sharing my experience, It's very easy to use, just put it in the microwave for the time indicated in the instructions and that's it. I love how this compress relieves tension in my shoulders. it's perfect for a meditation session or just relaxing after a stressful day. It weighs quite a bit, about 2 pounds, which adds extra for relaxing neck muscles, shoulders, I actually fell asleep on the couch. I wish I had bought it sooner.

I had to leave in microwave longer than suggested

I have tried several microwaveable neck wraps and was disapponted; some wouldn’t stay warm, shape wouldn’t stay wrapped around my neck, and had a strong artificial lavender scent. This wraps around my neck and is not too heavy, it heats up in 1.5 minutes and stays warm and is unscented. The shape is good for wearing underneath hoodie or bathrobe. It’s very effective for alleviating neck tension.

I had high hopes for this product but when it burned in my microwave, I knew it wasn't a reliable thing to use. There was no fire but burn marks appeared in several spots on the item. One of the burns caused beads to pour out of the wrap. I threw it away. Do not recommend.

I do like the weight and the comfort on my neck and shoulders but think it was overpriced for what it delivers.

Was able to use it several times. Instructions that come with do not allow it to heat up uniformly or completely. 3min in 1200 watt microwave safe and warm, 4min melted through pillow.

You have to heat this for at least five minutes and it doesn’t retain the heat.
