Read it twice, probably will read a couple more times
It is a great book with loads of useful information for anyone starting in sales. Ryan has his very own style; a combination of light and fun with the right amount of pushing. It's also helpful to know how others started their careers in sales. Although every one of us has her or his way and I have no intention to compare myself to others, it is good to learn from those years ahead of us.

Sold!
Anyone who has seen the excellent series in which Ryan Serhant coaches people in different areas on how to sell effectively will know what to expect. Whilst I'm not in estate agency (or real estate as Americans call it), the book was incredibly helpful for me as someone who is not a natural salesperson. Each chapter includes one big principle and lots of helpful tips. The book is personal without being overly anecdotal and is easy to read. I learned a great deal and have tried to put it into practice.

This book will change your sales game forever
I didn't know too much about Ryan prior to reading AND listening to his book. I can say I absolutely fell in love with him after this. Now I'm following his vlogs on YouTube and I'm sad there's no podcast to listen to daily. Ryan has added to my sales knowledge and made me understand how a million-dollar sales man operates, which is really, really valuable to me. I can't recommend this book (or audiobook) enough! You will love it and it will add a lot of value to you. Thanks for writing and reading this, Ryan!

Pretty Basic Life Info
I am a great fan of Ryan Serhant and know the NYC property market all too well. However, I would have to say that, if at all, I would only recommend this book to teenagers who are taking business classes in High School. The central point of this book is Multi-tasking and optimising the results we get while doing so. If you stop any parent or just watch them (without being creepy), you will see them doing everything that Serhant 'teaches' here. I don't know where he gets the idea that we are taught to only do one thing at a time because I don't know anyone who lives or works like that or whose parents didn't know that life requires us to keep several balls in the air at once and stay on track. He uses the juggling balls analogy but it boils down to multi-tasking and prioritising our attention on several things at once. That is called regular adult life. Maybe he and Amelia haven't had kids yet. It would be interesting to know what RS thinks of this book once they do though most of us have more than one focal point at all times with varying degrees of priority attention from a fairly young age. We should do since that would be basic developmental expectations for an average child. At any rate, listen to the audio sample and if you aren't already living your life this way (cognitively), contact your doctor and maybe have a cognitive assessment for any impairments. There are so many ways in which we can now learn to work and learn 'differently' now that this will not be a major impairment (and I do not like that word here) or difficulty.

This book is very well written. The flow of the book from start to finish is very intuitive and clear. There is a progressive strategy that the book follows, building on previous topics.Ryan Serhant is an icon, what a book!
