Hot Shots Secret is one of the top names in additives and treatments for diesel engines, and gas engines too. I use several of their products, including this one, for years now, and have never had any issues, and after I started using, I've noticed my 6.0l Powerstroke does idle smoother and seems to run better for an engine with 280k miles on it. I use Hot Shots at every oil change.

I was hesitant to try this stiction remover. No way I was putting SeaFoam or any similar cleaner in my motor.But at 20 years and over 100k miles I was getting black nasty looking oil in my truck just a few hundred miles after an oil change. After reading about what it is, how it works and why it was designed by a chemical engineer I tried it.It works great. Problem solved and no engine damage. Still running strong 25,000 miles later.

This is an amazing product that really lives up to the claims. I'm always amazed at how well it removes baked on oil deposits and frees up sticking internal engine parts. Highly recommend for any high mileage vehicle or farm equipment.

The PO had not done an oil change in a long time so I added this. It works so well now I have a quart a day leak from what I believe is the HPOP.

This is additive that I use before, but now I have vehicles that are old and use this every time to help it run better.This does work on my old cars and seems to help in lubricant and clean the engine and make it run smoother.Thankfully Amazon had this in stock.

My 2000 Excursion hates when it's cold lately It has 246K miles and would run really rough till it warmed up, I put less then the recommended dose in as it is full of oil and only half way to the next change. It fired up like normal missing on a few injectors. Before I made it out of the neighborhood it had smoothed out all the injectors were firing as they should and it ran great. It was a short trip to the store and I cooled back off while I was inside, fired right back up and idled smoother then it has in a while. Not saying my injectors don't need replaced eventually, but this was amazing to say the least.

I really appreciate this product and find it to be fairly priced. However, I did notice that my recent shipment arrived without a cap. Thankfully, the aluminum safety seal prevented any leaks or spills, but including a cap in future shipments would greatly enhance the overall experience. Thank you!
