Yes it will and control up to 6 zones. If you only have 3 zones then you may want the Hunter PC-400, it can do up to 4 zones., but be sure of your zone count before ordering.

How long can maximum cable (ac 24v) length for each stations from the pcc ?

Depends on the gauge of the control cable and the resistance in the wire.

Will hunter pcc600 do manual all station

Depends on what you mean by “all stations” but I think it does the job! You can manually run individual zones, and can manually run all programmed zones. For example, you have multiple programs, (A, B, C), picking one program, you can choose it, then manually start it, and it will run all zones in that program. I have 6 zones in program A, and I keep the system off and only manually run the program when needed.

I am replacing another controller box that has a power cord. Will I be able to use this controller box to replace it? I do not have a way to hardwire.

If you are going indoors and have a 120v outlet available, look instead at the PCC600i which has a plug-in power adapter. If this is installed outdoors, then I think you need to stick with your existing "power cord."
