Bad Quality
The carrom board's quality proved unsatisfactory, especially considering its price. Both the striker and the boric powder included were substandard. Attempts to execute rebounds with a premium striker were unsuccessful. Furthermore, the board exhibited cracks and an uneven playing surface. The product was returned on May 19, yet as of June 1, the refund remains outstanding. An Amazon customer service executive has since retracted a previous commitment to process the refund by June 1. The refund should have been processed immediately upon the product's receipt to seller on May 25. This situation is highly unprofessional and necessitates escalation.

I am using this since last year and really happy with the performance and quality. Striker move perfectly and rebound is so good. If you need a professional carrom, I highly recommend this one.
