When to buy Weather wise.
I first bought two rosebushes in peak of summer. They were declared dead on arrival. I re-ordered when the weather cool down and within a month they have grown. Please refer to the photograph very healthy and expecting good bloom to start soon. I had ordered red rosebush, Enjoy your gardening.
