Great bench for home use
I've used this bench for about six months now (the last two, steadily) and it is a great addition to my home "gym". Trying to build up the right tools to help me build strength and flexibility at home. I'm very happy with this bench as it was not hard to put together - it took me about 30 minutes but mostly due to my uncertainty. It is very sturdy which was an initial concern of mine as I am a plus size gal.Pluses: 1. The ability to adjust so many parts of the bench. I am only 5'3" and when I used to go to the gym, most equipment could not adjust enough for my short legs. They would either be swinging or I had to drop the seat lower and have legs on either side. I am able to adjust height, position of seat and the back. 2. Comfort - the padding is thick and comfortable. 3. The ease of adjusting the position of the backing. I need to expand my exercise type but I alternate both sitting up and laying down for arm exercise (with my own weights and with resistance straps which I LOVE) and core exercises. So far, I don't have any "con's" for this bench. Very happy with the purchase and the price is worth it.

Solid and versatile product, extremely responsive customer service
This bench has proven to be as versatile and as sturdy as described. It works perfectly as a flat bench or incline bench, adjustments are solid and quick and easy to make. Customer service has been extremely fast and responsive. I sent an email with a request and question, and the company responded immediately and was very, very helpful. I recommend this product.

Stable and versatile
This bench is awesome! Very stable for all manner of exercises I've tried, high enough weight capacity for all but the most gruelling activities, 2 position headrest, quality material will last a long time. I'm 5'11" weighing a lean 240lbs, and it is very stable while working with an extra 230 lbs of weights (didn't try higher weight), also the headrest in the high position was tall enough to support my head in all backrest positions, which is important for me. I appreciate that it doesn't try to be a "jack of all trades" and keeps it simple. Just a bench with leg supports. Easy to fold up and stow.Headrest likely won't be tall enough in the upright position if you're over 6'1", but it's taller than most competition. I estimate it would be good for up to 6'4"-ish in the flat position. The bands are very lightweight bands (might be good if that's what you're looking for). A little gimmicky but great idea. I found them useful for providing more resistance for sit-ups and core exercises. My wife loves them! Bought my own resistance bands and they work fairly well affixed to the oem points. Throw enough weight on the bench, and it works as a fairly good anchor point for them.4* instead of 5* because: The backrest adjuster on a sliding pin is excellent. The seat adjustment pin is just a standard pin. Could improve seat by adding a similar styled fast slider adjustment pin as the backrest. Headrest cannot be easily adjusted, you'll need to unscrew it, then screw onto lower position if you need to change it. Could improve by adding an easy adjustment pin for headrest instead of screw into place, but there's potential cons to that (headrest stability could suffer if not implemented correctly). Headrest screws were missing washers.Overall it is a great product. For your basic adjustable and stowable bench, this is the cream of the crop of all the ones I've tried. We love it!

Stable and well built
I bought this for 2 reasons: stability and resistance bands. From a stability standpoint, it is exceptional. The wide base with the cups on the front legs provide a stable platform for the bench. I am using a rubber mat over carpet and I can lean side to side and pick up weights without tipping the bench. The bench is well built and solid. It raises and lowers easily. The resistance bands are almost useless. They are so long, they provide no resistance, unless you're standing the bench. I was hoping to use the resistance bands, but just use dumbbells instead. I do not fold and store it, so I don't know if it is good for that purpose.

Sturdy and well made for a fair price!
Did a lot of research and decided on this bench and got it on prime days for a great deal. The instructions were a bit confusing but I was able to put it together alone with minimal issues, as it is mostly together already. It’s very sturdy and does not make the jiggly noises like some other benches I read about. I am able to do all of my floor work on it, including things that require me to put my feet up with bent knees and it remains stable. There is a substantial separation of about 2-3 inches between the bottom and back pads where it folds, but I did not find it uncomfortable. I am 5’9 and put the headrest on the lower notch and I have a few extra inches left when lying on it. Folding it up is a bit difficult because you have to remove 3 pins and pull a knob with one hand while folding it, but I was able to do it alone. A small bag is supplied to store the pins. It’s heavy but not unmanageable and it folds almost flat so it’s great to store in a closet or small space. Overall I think it’s a great bench at a fair price and I would recommend it for any level of fitness/strength as an alternative to being on the floor or for anything needing a bench.
