10/10 this product is absolutely amazing! No scratches or scuffs on the device. The battery life is still good display is still great and most importantly IT'S NOT A FAKE MODEL!!!!!. I'm someone who likes the s21+ model better then the current models design wise and I'm so glad I was able to get another s21+ since I traded my original one in years ago. Now the box did not come with the correct Samsung charger brick but that's no problem since I have the original still. All in all 10/10 on my book

The Phone came in excellent condition with a pre-installed screen and a charger (they were rubbish quality but it's okay). The phone also came with no visible scratches on the screen or the back. Battery health was 85% which is fine, it usually lasts for 7 hours. I bought the original charger which takes about an hour to fully charge it which is great. Face recognition sometimes doesn't work even in light also the fingerprint sometimes does not work properly 15% of the time. Overall, I give it four stars only because the battery drain is relatively large and due to the fingerprint sensor considering it is a flagship phone.

We got this phone for my son in April 2024. First impression was good, but the phone seemed suspicious in multiple different ways. The phone screen was curved inwards from top to bottom down the middle. Got it started up and running and everything seemed fine so we forgot about it. I noticed a couple differences in the way the phone worked compared to my own S21+ that I got from T-Mobile. Between that and the phone screen being messed up it kind of made me feel like this phone was only made to LOOK like an S21+. Now throughout this past 9 months the screen has been slowly messing up with pixels burning out and black spots showing up for no reason. The phone hasn't been dropped or mishandled or anything like that. Now today the screen has shut off completely and the phone won't turn back on. Would not recommend, very sketchy stuff going on with this phone and it doesn't last. -Bad screen replacement -Phone screen started going bad around 4 months and gradually got worse until it cut out a little over 9 months. -Systems didn't run correctly like normal S21+ phones. For example: the normal keyboard for the phone was designed like an iPhone which isn't normal at all. -Ads would pop up randomly when opening apps that had nothing to do with ads. For example: If you opened Chrome an Ad would have to play before you were able to use the browser. ***Would not recommend this phone.***

Done buisness with these guys before. No issues thus far.

Hace más de un año que tengo el producto y debo reconocer que es de los mejores que he tenido. Llegó en perfectas condiciones, en su propia caja e incluía: un manual, un cargador y un pin extractor. El tono violeta fantasma es simplemente hermoso. Lo recomiendo en su totalidad para todo el que necesite un teléfono celukar accesible y de buena calidad.

This has by far been the WORSE samsung phone I have ever bought! It makes me not ever want another hone that has AI on it! That is the most annoying program I know of! Simply because it is new I suppose but it has so much crap on it that you don't want or need! I jsut want my phone to do what I want it to, Not to go places and load apps I'm not even interested in! Worsed phone and programs ever! Now I need To find a new phone that does not have AI on it, wonder if thats even possble?

El único punto malo que le pongo es el sobre calentamiento pero ya lo sabía desde antes de comprar y aunque se puede considerar malo eso verifica que es la versión con snap de procesador, estoy encantado, y por suerte me llegó uno tácticamente nuevo, sin detalles estéticos y funciona al 100%, llevo unos días con el y todo espectacular

El teléfono es rápido, corre muuuyyy bien los juegos, muy buena cámara, todo lo que vieron sobre el teléfono es cierto, es muy buena recomendación, el celular carga en menos de una hora al 100%, eso si, tengan en cuenta, que la batería no dura mucho, aún si están exigiendo mucho o no, el teléfono baja de batería con el paso del tiempo, si despiertan con el celular al 100%, probablemente tengan que cargarlo para la tarde, o llegarán en la noche con muy poca batería, aún si lo usan o no, les gustará mucho el teléfono, corre muy bien todo y es muy rápido, solo tengan eso en cuenta sobre la batería, en realidad no molesta por que carga como en media hora para durar de 5 a 10 horas.

El precio estuvo un poco caro cuando lo compré, supongo que ahorita ya bajó, hasta la fecha el teléfono está en perfectas condiciones

Tengo tres meses desde que compre esté teléfono y aquí va un resumen. El teléfono llego sin ningún accesorio original y con cargador genérico, estéticamente esta al 100% somo qué venía sucio. Yo vivo en 🇲🇽 y me funciona al 9 de 10. Uso red at&t, la verdad ni he probado con ninguna otra y el detalle que más me molesta es que tarda en cargar el uso de datos, tengo que activar y desactivar el modo avión para que al fin cargue y muchas veces tengo que conectarme a una red wifi para que el teléfono reconozca que SI tiene datos. El sim es el mismo que tenía antes de este teléfono así que estoy segura que la red no es el problema, aun así, por lo que pague creo que se entiende. La cámara es muy muy buena, no se mucho de eso, pero estoy contenta con el resultado, tiene buena definición. La batería podría ser mejor, mi punto de comparación es el xiaomi qué tenía antes y estaba acostumbrada a cargarlo una vez al día. El uso qué le doy al teléfono es uno bastante básico, fotos y redes sociales más que nada así que no se calienta para nada. En resumen fue buena compra, toca intentar con otras compañías para ver si se soluciona el uso de datos, espero les sirva.
