Common information, including a brief history, and a few new insights for me...however it's fairly redundant;repeating (milking the same info).And too...there is little explanation of Kratoms medicinal benefits, historically as relative to today's opioid crisis;And no references to various recipies etc. of best ways and dosages per seThis a nicelt written easy read...however it is.best.described as "a short pamplet; not a book"!

This book is real waste of money, as it is extremely brief. I read it in about 15 min., and there is no information in it that is not readily available on the internet. I did not learn anything that I did not already know!

YOu can't call this a book. It is about 5 pages of information available on any kratom web page, repeated 10 times. It looks likea couple kids put it together in a grade school project. It is a complete joke. Don't waste your money.

Lots of good advice about how to grow the plant and to take care of it . Loved the book!!!

Wish I didn't spend the money on this. All the book literally says is "growing seeds are hard", "kratom comes from the rainforest and needs humidity", "water often and frequent", "give light", and use the "proper nitrogen plant food"...but never specifies what the proper nitrogen plant food is. As previous people said, it just repeats this info over and over again. The info of the entire book, spread out across 40 pages in big font, very wide spacing, and ads inside... could be written on only 2-3 pages. I think anyone interested in growing a kratom plant would know the general things above.
