Bought these to use in 8020 Series 15 extrusions. They don't fit as-is but a little grinding will fix that. The base plate is 20mm x 35mm. That's 0.79" x 1.38" for the metric challenged. Construction seems quite solid, can't comment on rust resistance yet.

These are well built but didn't fit the rails on my kayak. I can't vouch for anything other than they are definitely heavy duty.

All the pictures show a black eyelet to go with my black rack. They’re silver just like most others on Amazon and for a higher price. Returned for credit!

Nice quality, well finished, but base plate is way too big to fit the 'standard' rail on Ascend kayaks. Have to return and look for ones with smaller base plates to slot into the rails in my Ascend kayak
