I love this product. Unfortunately it stopped connecting to the app after one week. But customer care in Dubai is so good. They changed the brush to the new on in just 24 hours. My boyfriend complained about the price but after using and seeing all the app features he said its worth it. Got him his for his birthday.

Best toothbrush I've ever had which has certainly improved my gum health

Great toothbrush (bought for teenage son who just can’t brush his teeth regularly or well!!), broke after 10 months of daily use, loose bar below brush head weirdly while it was stored on its protective case while we were on holiday?? . It’s worked well all year and sons teeth are much improved so was really happy even with the expensive outlay. The app makes it very clear where you’ve missed and I can see through my Apple health when he’s brushed his teeth (shows total mins daily when shared to other users through Apple health which is great and reduced the constant bickering/lies about teeth brushing). Fault - Amazon agreed to repair as within 12months purchase, Amazon instructions told me to pack up EVERYTHING for return which I did. Replacement sent back 2 weeks later - but, only sent me the brush handle (no case or charger!!). Spent an hour on Amazon web chat only to be told by second member of staff that they can’t replace it (as it’s now working device?!!), offered me £15 refund to buy a charger myself!! (I told them it was a 200£ brush and unlikely to find a charger at that price!!) - had no choice but to take send back for a refund as no other option to me!! To Make things worse - They’re now intending on refunding the cost to a credit card I no longer have - another webchat marathon…who knows how it will end as it’s been left to Amazon to contact me back. Image shows what I got in return for sending the while kit back for repair…..NOTE TO OTHER USERS - SEND ONLY THE FAULTY BRUSH HANDLE IF ASKED!! Actually just bought the same brush again on Amazon, but after an hours deliberation I’ve cancelled the order due to this whole messy story - and will stop using Amazon altogether. Actually got a new one at Boots on sale at £180 (and in the black too!!) - so am happy to be spending my money elsewhere.

I’ve had this toothbrush for two years and it has stopped working. When I first bought it, it was excellent. Cleans beautifully. I’ve always used Philips Sonicare. The first model lasted over 5 years but this model was a disappointment, especially as it was so expensive. I wasn’t expecting it to stop working after 2 years so that is why I have given it 3stars.

Absolutely love it. It's my second Sonicare, the previous lasted for 6 years and still works perfectly 😱 I can't tell you the difference, to be honest, from my old version of 2019. Cleans the same. The battery lasts for about ~3 weeks, which is fantastic! Don't even know when you would need to use that beautiful case if the battery is so good, you don't have to bring the case when travelling for less than 3 weeks
