I got weird answers to my 1st question. There is different color paint inside, right? How do you get that paint out?

These are dotting tools. There is no paint in them. The colors on the handle are just for design. You dip the dotting tool in polish that you already have yourself, no polish comes with these.

How do you wash them?

We use nail polish remover or special nail polish brush cleaner.

You can clean the dotting tools with rubbing alcohol. The brushes can be cleaned with dawn dish soap and warm water.

Do the brushes work well with regular nail lacquer/polish?

They are more like detail brushes, not like the brush that comes inside the nail polish. They have worked well with regular nail polish.
