Pleine conscience avec les petits
Ce lot de 2 labyrinthe recto-verso (soit 4 en tout) est destiné à initier les petits, dès 3 ans, à la pleine conscience. Il y a quelques années, j’ai vécu une formation sur ce thème, et cela m’a conquis : prendre pleinement conscience du moment qu’on est en train de vivre, à travers des exercices de respiration et de méditation. Les labyrinthes sont en plastique rigide, et le doigt suit un parcours très simplement. Une notice en français permet d’expliquer comment s’en servir, à coup d’inspiration et d’expiration. Les motifs sont jolis et colorés : abeille, papillon, fleur et escargot, et chacun possède son propre parcours, avec des pauses régulières. Mon épouse, qui garde des enfants, l’a testé avec des grands de 7 ans, et c’est un petit rituel qui les calme lors d’un changement d’activité. Nous le recommandons ! Dimensions : hexagones de 13 cm.

I use these in my calm down corner. They really help the kids calm down and focus on their breathing. They enjoy tracing the shapes while breathing. Gut zur Beschäftigung bei fortgeschrittener Alzheimer-Erkrankung. Das Labyrinth macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Ich habe das Fingerlabyrinth für eine Angehörige bestellt. Sie fährt gerne mit Ihren Fingern durch das Labyrinth und tastet/zählt die anderen Erhebungen (kleine Blumen etc.) ab und unterlässt damit das Kratzen und Pulen auf der Haut, was zu wunden Stellen führte.
