You get way more servings in this than listed. If you mix it according to directions it's almost protein shake thickness. Flavor is better than expected. It's even quite good if you add a little vanilla flavor protein powder to it.

This is a fine, dust like powder. It dissolved fine in cold water or hot coffee/cocoa . Tastes just like powdered milk, because it is. I got the big bucket and thru in a silica pack. Use it to fill up the creamer dispenser instead the non dairy stuff. Works great in recipes that require milk, cream based sauces, and cakes. On a survival rate I would mark it higher for its nutritional value for growing young folk and milk will be impossible to come by. I can grow veggies and fruits, fish even. But milking cattle will be a battle to maintain. Get this stuff and store it as cold as possible. Powderd eggs and butter are also available from augason as well.

You gotta get this one use it in place of fresh. It's wonderful. I use it all the time. Recommend recommend recommend. I'll buy more. You should too

I'll never buy it again. I know how much it costs and 189.99 ain't it.

This was good in a pinch. Not my normal brand, but it was good. The only drawback is the fact that you have to pay the extra for the plastic bin. I already had a bin that I like much better. This bin was hard for my arthritic hands to open, and once I got it open, I dumped the powder into my other bin that is easier to open. As for flavor - once chilled, it tastes just like fat free milk that you would buy by the gallon or half gallon in the store.
