Now admittedly this is the only cable grip I have used so don't have anything to compare with, but it is well made and worked quite well for installing a zipline (6mm galvanized steel cable). Didn't notice any slippage or any damage to the cable.Pretty happy with the purchase.

Exactly what I wanted and high quality. I wish it would have been cheaper but I guess you get what you pay for. Maybe prices are better at a hardware store rather than Amazon but I didn't really shop around.
