As others have noted, the pen is not as pictured: no longer flat white but shiny black with faux gold marble.Nib seems the same as my last 25 year old pen. Yes, I had hoarded several boxes.There are two deep and rough scratches near the top of the barrel. Perhaps the boxing machine was misaligned as it grabbed the pens?In any event, I cannot gift these because they are visually damaged. More importantly, you can FEEL the scratches when you reverse cap to write.I’ve ordered a replacement. 🤞

I hate these pens. They won't write at certain angles or when used quickly. Often am stuck rewriting the same letter because the pen tip dragged across the paper and didn't leave ink! All the pens in the box are like this. Buy a ballpoint

NOT AS PICTURED. Previously bought the one that's pictured and loved it, so ordered this box of 12. Very disappointed to receive a box of black "marbelized barrel" pens instead of the white bones pictures. These look cheap and nasty.The actual pen seems the same and seems to write the same/similar (hard to compare accurately because my white pen is pretty used now).Disappointed, because the look and feel of a fountain pen matters, and i saw nothing in the description to suggest I'd receive a different look. Quality same/similar, just ugly.If I'd received what I thought I ordered, I'd give them 5stars.
