Really comfortable! I use it every time I have a bath. I dry it with a towel after each use, to keep it in good condition.

Suction is reliable and stays on for the duration of the bath when placed correctly. The plastic material is very smooth and not sticky or rigid. No sharp seam edges. Padding is just right, not too soft - not too hard. It is filled with air, not foam or fabric. The size is perfect. I am 300lbs, my wife is 120. Fits both our body types/widths comfortably. If the suction cups detach, they are easily reconnected. Best to attach to the tub prior to filling with water because it will float. Wet the suction cups and press each one down on a smooth clean surface. I have had this for over a year and it is used at least 2-8x a month. It has been exposed to sunlight, Epson salts, bubble baths, bath bombs, mud masks, very hot water, etc. The color has not faded at all and it also has not cracked or shown any indication of wear. Dries very quickly and appears to be mold resistant. Used it on a square tub and a round tub. No issue on either. Would definitely buy again and again.

First bath pillow I bought and I use it everytime. Works well with my square shaped bathtub and now it's comfortable to lean back and relax.3Suction cups work well but sometimes it's difficult to get them to stick when the tub is full of water because of its buoyancy. Wet the cut and stick before you fill the tub

The only issue I can come up with is that if you were to move up and down too often it starts to slip under the bath water line; then it will lose its grip on the tub. But that wasn't a problem for me, and I take long baths with a book or music.
