Heavy Duty and Great For Smash Burger Flipping.
These are my #1 tool I use on the blackstone it seems. They are robust and work well as a scraper but also they get under smash burgers perfectly. The have been super durable - I run them through the dishwasher with no negative effects. They are perfect and Im glad I got them.

I use these for cooking on and cleaning my propane griddle. They work great for cooking.For cleaning, I might get a wider one with thinner metal. Since my griddle is slightly warped, the thick steel on these has a hard time scraping the griddle clean since it won’t bend to match the shape of the griddle’s surface.

It’s not stainless but very strong, doesn’t rust
Ok it doesn’t rust but it has developed stains that don’t come off. I kind of figured considering how bad some people’s stainless steel appliances look. It works it’s strong and doesn’t scratch. Only 4 stars because it does stain
