Q: The belts that turn the brushes broke where can i get replacement one

Q: I have a after market pump that is rated at 70gpm, or 4200 per hour. Is this to much for this cleaner. I have ruined two cleaners in 6 months.

The description clearly states it meant for pump rate of 1600gph to 3500gph. However it’s pressure side not suction side which is a huge issue customers make when setting up then claim it doesn’t work cause they don’t pay attention and set it up on suction side. In my opinion is best one I’ve used so far and I’ve had 7 diff automatic pool vacs and 2 diff pool blaster rechargeable pool vacs plus a regular battery operated vac and manual vac. From what I can tell if you use a pump with higher flow rate it may just cause it to run faster which may not allow it to collect as much debris during the passes it makes but it does have a pressure release valve in the adapter that connects to clean water inlet )as Scott mention reducing pressure)so if it’s really powerful pump and pressure develops it will then release itself. Is a good design when used on pools it’s made to be used on such as intex, coleman and bestway metal frame pools. It’s not intended for easy set blow up ring or the splash type pools although o do know someone uses it on a splash pool they just use a rubber fitting from Home Depot for it to attach. If you look at videos isn’t under reviews but is before reviews I have one and I explain every detail of pieces and set up and show it in action. Hope this helps others who may have same issue as customer asking the question

Q: What is the difference between this model and fba_28001e?

Different design. The 28001e just cleans the bottom. This new model will climb the sides of your pool and the brushes attached to the wheels will help to clean better. I like this one much better than the 28001e.

Q: How do I keep the dirt from coming out of the vacuum when I remove it from the pool?

I have not had this issue, but maybe take the vacuum out of the pool before disconnecting it and don't tip it over. Maybe you need to vacuum more often. Hopefully you clean it out after every use. Thinking about it make sure that it is assembled correctly, recheck the instructions for assembly and make sure you have all the parts. Hope this helps.

Much improvement over the old one .

Impressed as it’s clearly a better all round improvement. Climbs the walls is 4wd , doesn’t get stuck at times and a single piece hose rather than segmented allows more pressure . Does a great job .
