John Thompson's Easiest Piano Course - Part 2 (Book/Online Audio)

Great 2nd step book

Teaching piano for almost 30 years. John Thompson books are best across the board. The John Thompson “easiest piano course” with the little monsters on it I use for my students no matter what the age; even adults, because the progression and teaching content is superb. When you get to books 5 & 6 it just gets better and better. These books are all top notch. After the 3rd John Thompson theory, (which is the highest it goes), I move to Keith Snell book 3-10. It’s a perfect progression, and he delves into more advanced theory for the more advanced student.

It’s a good book to learn to play keyboard / piano ..

I love the way the book is laid out. I progresses carefully, just adding a new feature every few pages. This prevents the student being too much information at once.
