We struggled to find a vibrant and colourful frame to match a hand painted sketch bought as a gift and turned to Amazon . This crane arrived in perfect condition and was perfectly sized to the specifications. Our pictures mounted well on the usual foldable pins and the overall result is fantastic ! The crane has so far stood up to yhe abuse of a three year old and remains free of damage . Excellent value for money and will order more as so many colours to choose from

I must start by saying have never ever ever written a bad review in all my life, I am 30 years old. I don’t usually share negative energy and I walk away from bad customer service. However, I must highlight this problem to avoid others being stung. I ordered four frames, sized 18x12cm. These were priced at £12 each, so £48 for FOUR frames. My husband suggested shopping a bit cheaper, however the COLOURS were exactly what I wanted. I ordered RED, BLUE, YELLOW & GREEN. When they arrived, in the box was 3xBLUE & 1xGREEN. No problem I thought, annoying yes, however, I’ll just get an exchange. Until I called up & the company refused to take any blame for the mix up of colours they sent out as the Amazon order form said 3X Blue & 1XGREEN. I explained this was a fault on Amazon as I never ordered that order, I had specific plans for each colour. They refused to exchange as it was not their fault Amazon ‘messed up’ & that I can post back at my own cost (which will cost me £12.50p&p) and get a refund , but they will not exchange as it’s not their fault?As a company, they would lose NOTHING by helping this mistake that has happened, and exchanging these two wrapped up frames that are unwanted by myself & that they can go on to resell. Financially, they would lose NOTHING. However, I would lose £12.50 postage and packaging to get a refund, which defeats the whole point of the refund, I am better off keeping them :/. These are not cheap frames, they are expensive per frame & for a family like mine it is a big commitment to allocate £48 of our monthly money to frames, so if the item is incorrect due to their Amazon purchasing system, it would be morally correct to just switch round the mishap that is also not my fault either. They left a note inside stating they will replace any damaged goods for free of charge, so I would have been better off damaging the products to be sent more ? Where is the sense?Avoid as 1. The Amazon ordering service proves inaccurate & incorrect. And 2. Their customer service is really poor.

I bought 5 of these all in different colours as I wanted colourful, glossy, A3 frames for my business posters. The description clearly stated that they could hang or be freestanding so I went ahead and bought 5 of them. The colours and glossiness are beautiful, just what I imagined for my posters but they are not at all freestanding! I wondered if they had just sent me the wrong ones so rang up to ask them to send me the correct backing cards but I was told they don’t do them at all for A3! The chap eventually realised that I was right in that their information stated they could be freestanding and offered me a refund if I sent them back...but what a faff for 5 A3 frames and I was a little put off that there was no apology! In the end, I’ve spent a further £15 to buy metal struts to fix onto the backs of them all so that I can use them as intended. If you’re thinking of buying them for your home walls to hang they would be a colourful touch but bear in mind that the Perspex isn’t a consistently, perfectly smooth screen but it’s fine for my business posters.
