This 0.3mm wire feels quite strong on a positive side. It came on a smaller spool that was in the product picture winded to the brim and some above the rim. When I tried to unwind it a bunch of it came loose from the spool with some tangling. So I took this opportunity to see if advertised length of 984ft holds true and it came short of it by some 50 -100ft according to my unprecise measure as below. 1. Weighed the whole spoon on a small kitchen scale - 186g 2. Weighed as above minus 40ft of wire that was fell off - 178g 3. So 40ft of wire = 8g (186-178) 4. 984ft must weight then 196g. 5. Assuming the plastic spool weight 0g we are short of 10g (186g in 1. minus 196g in 4.) or 50ft of wire. 6. the plastic spool must weight few grams as well so another few dozens of feet off.
