Ops, I actually did not return this item, as I previously said. My wife still has it and says it really works best for crevaces in windows and doors.

It didn't suck up as described

This product works really great. Makes cleaning dust no matter where it is disappears.

I too normally look at reviews before purchasing and can't believe I didn't see all the negative reviews. Got the item in 2 days - But only the item in the box which looked like it had already been opened by someone else. No Instruction sheet like you would expect a new product to come with and no "adjusting ring" like you see in the photos. I figured the blue rubber tube was attached to the wrong end of the handle when confronted with the straw bit not fitting the handle. Not entirely what I was expecting and after using it for the first time, it only appears to be of very limited use. Suction isn't that great and the straws are pretty sturdy. Of course they'd have to be because any less pliable would collapse under the suction of many vacuums. Like another reviewer says, stick with your own vacuums attachments, (dust brush) and if you need to dust, do it the hard way like you've been doing all along. You'll get better results and still have your investment in your pocket.

I was so excited to use this in the library to help dust, but it DOES NOT fit Dyson vacuums. It has a circle cut out of it instead of a circle to attach, perhaps it worked with older models 😫
