This reflective tape comes in alternating red and white (I would say more silver for the reflective parts), each section is just under 6” long. The tape is backed with paper, so easy to set to length, cut and then peel and apply.Reflectivity is pretty good. Shining a flashlight straight on bounces back at you with an unpleasant glare; at various angles it casts a good amount of light onto the wall. A very thin tape like this will never last as long or reflect as cleanly as a permanent thick reflector, but this does a good job, and is much cheaper and easier to apply than a permanent reflector.I like the alternating red and white. Changing patterns captures the eye a little better. Not as useful if you are doing less than 6” of something, but for a long barrier or bumper, it is good.The product was provided to me at a discount in exchange for a review. The review is my own.

I’m a wildlife photographer. I walk into wooded areas to take photos of the animals that come out at sunset. I stay until it’s completely dark.I got this tape to mark the way back to my car. I only use small pieces that I fold over tree branches and let one end of the piece stick to the other end of the piece. These tiny makeshift markers reflect more than enough light to be completely obvious when I’m trying to find them on my way back. The flashlight I use is a small Ozark Trail flashlight that runs on 3 AAA batteries. The flashlight only illuminates my path for about 20 feet or so, but the reflective tape that’s used as the markers pop out of the darkness and are visible from about 100 feet or so.

This reflective tape came in a roll (the similar tape I've purchased before came in flat strips), which is great for storage. The tape has great adhesive, and great reflectivity. I've used this on black Pelican cases, and for items that you want to be able to spot in the dark. This product is close to perfect, IMHO. The only improvement would be to add a cut into the back liner to make it easier to remove. Highly recommended!

I make my dogs wear reflective safety vests while going for walks at night.The vests have a little reflective tape, but it wasn't enough for me, so I bought this tape and added MUCH more reflectivity. I put a strip of this tape on their vests over a year ago, and it has mostly still adhered.I added another strip to their vests today. I did a magical thing called SEWING. I sewed the strips onto their vests.Sheesh, people should learn how to perform sewing magic on fabric. I really wanted the tape to stick because the vests are getting very dirty, and need to go through a washing.This tape is rather stiff, not very pliable, so I understand why it won't stick to some surfaces.The reflective quality is great. No problem there at all.Now if we can only get the idiot drivers to pay attention and realize they need to actually be more careful around dogs and pedestrians (and bicycles), the world would be a much better place. (I'm lookin' at YOU, stupid men in big trucks with self esteem problems.)

This reflective tape is OK as far as reflective tape goes. It's sticky and reflects light very well. The only problem with the product they sent me is that it does not match the description. It is described as White & Silver. What I got, and didn't know for sure until after opening the package, was tape with white and red sections. I'm attaching photos, and as you can see, the package does say the tape is white. It does not say it is white and red. That's a surprise waiting until you open it.I'm not going to return it, because it's a good product, and I can use it, although not in the way I had planned. Too bad, it would have been perfect or what I wanted to do.

Easy to install on driveway gates. Good adhesion, durability and so far seems to be weather resistant. Much better pricing than purchasing from big box stores.

It’s not marked DOT C2. True DOT C2 must be marked DOT C2. I went and bought a roll of 3M brand marked DOT C2 and it’s completely different. The 3M is VASTLY superior. This looks like gray tape next to it. The 3M is MUCH stickier as well so I know it will stay put. You can get a roll of the 3M on the site that starts with an “e.” They cut it down from bigger rolls of genuine 3M tape.The regulation:Marking: “DOT-C2” identification markings must appear on the tape at least every 12 inches. The markings must be at least 3mm tall and stamped in indelible ink.Waste of time and money for me.

I ride a motorcycle as my only mode of transportation and want to be as visible as possible. This tape is plastered all over my bike. Not only does it look fantastic day and night, but it offers incredibly bright reflection for safety when hit by light. I am sure that no driver could possibly claim not to see me with this great tape attached to my bike. I like it so much that I bought an extra roll to attach to the posts in our car port, on my partners rear windshield, and convinced my parents and sister to buy it as well. If you want bright reflective tape that doesn't look bad, look no further!
