Great for occasional use for a great nights sleep. I do not use it daily, but you could. Works very well for me and my husband.

My naturopath recommended this when I couldn't sleep. It puts me to sleep, keeps me asleep, helps me go back to sleep after a midnight break (or three), and I wake up feeling amazing because I slept so well! Doc said important to take EVERY night to get full benefits, and I notice it helps even out my moods through the day when I am faithful about taking it. I must have tried 15 other remedies for insomnia before this (prescription, OTC, and naturopathic), and for me, this was the answer - extended release - and lab grade. (OTC, unregulated melatonin is worthless). I've recommended this to several friends and it has worked for them too. TRULY a lifesaver!

Wow! I am really impressed with this product. I previously took 10mg of Melatonin, both the quick-dissolve and extended-release type, from other brands. I didn't really feel like they were that effective so when I ran out, I didn't buy more. I've been off Melatonin for a few months and my sleep was getting worse, so I figured I'd give this a chance based on the positive reviews. I am glad I opted for the 6mg tablets, as they have been very effective so far, as evidenced by the sleep data on my Fitbit. I was actually struggling with some daytime sleepiness the 1st week I took it, as I was taking the Melatonin right before bed. I started taking it about an hour before I plan to go to bed and have not experienced daytime sleepiness since then. I would definitely recommend this product to the sleep-deprived!

It works. I am in my late 50's and have a lot of joint pain which interferes with sleeping which caused me to wake up a lot during the night. Often I couldn't go back to sleep or it took a long time to go back to sleep. This helps me go to sleep. I sleep sometimes all night without waking up since I started taking it. I can't take narcotics because they make me very nauseated. I try to only buy my supplements in this brand because they manufacture in the US. They also have strict manufacturing guidelines. The products are high quality and no artificial ingredients.

Product works extremely well. I take one pill every night and sleep great for about 7-8 hours!

This is a fantastic brand, and I use the NAC regularly. However, I did not sleep at all, even had disrupted sleep, this triggered headaches. I would normally not leave a review because everyone responds to products differently, but there's no eligibility to even return or exchange, and I couldn't even get through to Customerservice through the prompts on Amazon. Due to the inability to not be able to return a product from a really great labeled it shirley supports its products, I'm leaving a one store.

I purchased this to help with sleep, and it certainly has done the trick. If you were having any trouble with your sleep, I would definitely recommend this. I can’t say that about the other melatonin, but I can say it about this particular one.
