Has great sound and completely waterproof. Also floats, dropped it into the river and it floated back to me after the rapids

I bought this for an bluetooth speaker and find myself taking advantage of the bike mount for my motorcycle, until I can get an actual sound system installed. The sound is okay and loud enough to where I can hear it well with ear plugs going 40-50 mph on my Vulcan. Above 50 mph, turn it off to save the battery, as this is advertised for motorcycles, the wind and engine easily overpower the speakers...w/o a helmet on it becomes harder to hear, at 60-70 mph, you can't hear them. But I don't do much highway or interstate driving so it works perfectly for the cruising I do.This is a good all around speaker, rode in a down pour speaker was just fine, it takes up a lot of space on the handle bar, but that is expected. Doesn't rattle loose and stays in place even on bumpy roads and higher speeds.

Long lasting charge and great sound.

I purchased the Altec Lansing LifeJacket 2 Bluetooth Speaker. The speaker comes with mounting hardware. The mount does not fit the speaker. That is because the mounting hardware is a standard 1/4 x 20 bolt that all speakers, cameras, etc., use. Unfortunately, the speaker has been equipped with a metric M8 x 1.0 threaded insert during the manufacturing process. This means the speaker is unmountable with the provided hardware, or any other common mounting options.The sound quality is good and the battery life is good. If those are the only things you are looking for in this speaker, you should be happy with this purchase.

Bought this to use in my RZR. Pairs quickly and easily. Sound is decent, thought it would be a bit louder, but can hear it over the engine noise. Not going to thump through the forest by any means, but you can certainly enjoy your favorite diddies as you roll along. Seems sturdy, battery power was expected. No loss of power/sound as battery usage went down. Had it going constantly for six and a half hour ride through rugged terrain, stayed put, sounded good. Would recommend this to UTV riders who have a roof only...without the roof the sound has no direction and isn't loud enough to hear over the engine. Ideal situation would be two of these mounted...but at this price for two might as well just buy a "real" system for your UTV. Nice item for the budget-wise UTV'r. Received the item in a timely fashion and packed well. All items accounted for and included.

I hate to give 1 star but if it breaks and is unusable... I didn't have it long.. maybe 3 or 4 months. The charge would last all day... 8 hours at least... listening at almost full volume. Good speaker... if it charged. It plugs in nice and tight.. so no, I didn't ream the plug and I have tried different chords.... something inside must have gave way.I would give it a 5 star if it didn't break.

This speaker is well worth the money! We previously had a mini, which never disappointed. Bought this for my husband for father's day and once again very pleased! Not too bulky and plenty loud enough! Charge lasts well too.

I have mixed feelings on this because I love the speaker. I love the durability and the look, but ever since I connected it to my phone, which I paid hell to do because it insisted on telling me that I needed an app, the sound on my phones Bluetooth regardless of what device it is sounds muffled. And I have tried several different things to fix it. It seemed to work perfectly fine on my tablet. But the S22 Galaxy phone, not so much. Don't get me wrong, it works, I'm still gonna use it. It just irritates me a little bit.update: deleted the app and it connects fine now so I don't know what the issue was but it works perfectly fine now so all good
