Why did you pick this product vs others?:I liked how it was both moist and dry heat. Unfortunately, after 4 months it failed to keep the high heat. I contacted the company and they were very helpful and supportive, sending me a replacement right away. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Control is easy to see and operate. Cover plush feeling. Negative has a chemical type smell, hopefully it will dissipate.

I've gotten good use out of it so far, and I can test a heating pad as I use one almost daily. Love the fact that the company backs them up with a warranty. That makes it worth the extra money. Mine gets plenty hot and is so soft, I like having the 6 setting and doesn't melt or fall apart like others. Auto shut off is great too.

The cord made me crazy. Trying to change settings while half way sweeping was very difficult. The cord was hard to use, it felt like it was backwards.The size was perfect and arrived was quick. I just wish the cord was easier to use.

I have been using this for 2 years. It still works great. It's comfortable and I like how it feels on my skin. I do have one little complaint. Doesn't continuously stay as hot. It will start off hot but then it starts to cool down on its own. Maybe that's a built-in safety mechanism.
