Purchased this fake fire for a Halloween and Christmas fireplace decoration. The price matched the quality and works as intended. Much better than just coloured lights to have a complete fake fireplace look. The flame effect and lights are not large or super bright so still using the flame projector light for better visibility. The "flame" ocassionally get suck to the base, but fixes itself after a while.

I used these as a fake fire on stage for a play and it did a great job! The legs are just made of plastic, but did the job. The affect of it being a fire from the audience was perfect. The only thing I wish this had was a on off switch. Once you plug it in, it starts going. Other than that, it was great!

This is fine for the home Halloween prop we are using it for, but after seeing this in person it really looks and feels like a fifteen dollar Aldi item. It's made of very cheap materials, a little noisy on the fan blades, but it gets the job done. I don't regret choosing this one, but it's a close call and I payed way too much for it.

It’s okay. It’s functional and works fine. But it’s deep red. Doesn’t look anything close to a real fire or give off a fire vibe. Gives off a bright red light kind of vibe

Doesn’t look or give an ambiance like the video shows. Light is TO BRIGHT and the flames don’t match up to the light to make it look like flames, instead the flames blow around and you can see the red light circle so there is no flame illusion Also the leg broke almost immediately

We have used this outside for 4-5 hours a day since we bought it. When we got it, one of the flames wouldn't stand up. After a couple of hours, it started to work. In the dayligh, the flames show as a flat darker red, at night they are a brighter color. In both the daylight and dark, they are fairly visible from across the yard, but blend into the robe on the skeleton behind it. We don't leave it outside at night because of the heavy frost here. Obviously it isn't for use in rain or snow. I think a combination of yellow and red would give a better flame look. I'll do that with this one after we're down this Christmas.

We purchased two of them; one for each side of the television. And then put a red light on top of the armoire. The entire corner looked like it was a fiery inferno when the lights were off. Perfect for Halloween! We might buy more next year.
