What are the ingredients in Pomonas Pectin?

Ingredients: 1 packet low methyl citrus pectin and 1 packet mono calcium phosphate. No sugar or preservatives. Keeps indefinitely.

Can I make regular jam (not freezer jam) out of thawed frozen fruit? Is there a fruit that works better than others?

I made jam out of a mix of wild blackberries picked and frozen in late summer 2014 and frozen blueberries and blackberries I had from 2013. The jam turned out fabulous. I made strawberry jam this year from fresh berries. Again turned out wonderful. Very easy product to use and my friends love the results so they make great gifts. I was so pleased I bought three more boxes! I am always hunting for wild berries but don't always find enough for a batch of jam so freezing until I collect enough works great. Love the fact that I can cut sugar way down. Happy canning!

Yes it is a pack of three boxes, and each box makes more than one batch of jam

can i add this pectin to yogurt to thicken it? if so, any suggestions how i should go about it? thanks!

The pectin has to be put in boiling water to dissolve. So making yogurt thick with it probably would not work so well. You might want to try instant clear jel.
