Love them but be careful
I love these. They make me feel great because of the B vitamins. I wanted to drink one every day, which I did for a month as they seem healthy and taste great. If you drink too many of these, they can cause an imbalance in your gut bacteria, and your body may treat it like an infection. Drinking these too often caused me to have a severe arthritis flare up. I stopped drinking them and it went away after a couple weeks. Then I drank one again and it was back again the next day. Love these but be careful. It may be best to consume in moderation.
